Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on 
weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time
We ship internationally from our warehouse. Estimated delivery time is 
8–20 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the product 
and destination.

Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on all orders to European countries. No minimum order 
value required.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking 
number so you can follow your package at any time.

Customs and Duties
As of July 2026, EU customs rules apply a duty of approximately €3 per 
item (per distinct tariff heading) on shipments entering the EU. This 
charge is separate from our product and shipping prices, is set by EU 
customs authorities, and is the customer's responsibility. It may be 
collected at the time of delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, please contact 
us at support@albaros.com and we will do our best to assist you.
